Ann Harrington
Broker Ann Harrington has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. In August 1996, Ann launched Lighthouse Realty in Weymouth, MA, after establishing a strong reputation as an expert on residential real estate in South Shore Massachusetts. Ann is also a well-known and respected real estate instructor, offering courses for preparation of real estate salespersons and brokers license exams, sales training, and continuing education.
Ann Harrington is an active member of the Plymouth & South Shore Board of REALTORS, where she served as the Director from 2000-2004 and Vice President 2004-2005. In 2007, the Plymouth & South Shore Board of Realtors named Ann Harrington “REALTOR of the Year”.
Ellen Murphy
Ellen was born and raised on the South Shore and was a long-time resident of Weymouth where she raised her family. She earned a BSBA in Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University. Ellen’s career spans from Lotus Development, Price Waterhouse Coopers and most recently, for 21 years at State Street Corporation as VP/Chief Administration Officer for Enterprise Risk Management.
In 2011, while working at State Street, Ellen began her career in real estate for Lighthouse Realty Group successfully representing buyer and seller clients. In 2017, Ellen made Cape Cod her home where she lives full-time with her husband in Dennis. When she isn’t educating clients on the local market or navigating the hurdles of buying and selling real estate you can find her in the Planning Department at the Brewster Town Hall, using her real estate knowledge supporting the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Donnie Norton
Donnie Norton has been helping families find their dream homes on the South Shore for nearly 20 years and has loved every minute of it. His favorite part is being able to watch families begin the next stages of their journeys in a place that they can call home.
Donnie has called Weymouth home for nearly his entire life and is intrinsically connected to the community. Having taught in Weymouth for over 20 years, you may have come across him as a teacher, a coach on Weymouth's gorgeous athletic fields, the director of the multiple state championship winning Weymouth High Theater Company, or singing across some of the best places to eat and drink on the South Shore.
Donnie's most important job though is as Dad to his 2 sons Zach and Alex alongside his amazing wife, Jeanne, who is also a business owner in Weymouth. Linda Berg
Linda Berg is a life long resident of Weymouth and has been a Realtor since 2014. She has been associated with Lighthouse Realty since becoming a Realtor.
Linda has experience helping buyers purchase and seller’s sell homes in many South Shore cities and towns including Plymouth, Abington, Dorchester, Weymouth, Braintree etc… She has worked with first time buyers from the pre-approval stage to move in day and beyond. She has worked with family members to prepare and ready the “family home” for marketing and selling. She has worked with people who are downsizing, selling and purchasing a smaller, more manageable home.
Linda was a paralegal for many years prior to becoming a Realtor. She has been a Notary Public for over 20 years. She has been active as a volunteer on the Weymouth Scholarship Committee, she also was a volunteer at Sacred Heart Church as a CCD teacher and she was active with both the Weymouth High School Boys Soccer Boosters and the Weymouth High School Girls Soccer Boosters.
Laura Balan
I am delighted to be working with Lighthouse Realty. My interest in real estate began twenty-seven years ago when I bought a three family house in Everett, MA. Since then I have bought and sold real estate throughout Greater Boston and the South Shore. I was born in Ireland and grew up in New York City, but Weymouth has been my home for twenty-three years. I am a retired educator who served in the Weymouth Public Schools for nearly two decades. I love the South Shore and all it has to offer. When I am not helping someone buy or sell their home, you can find me reading, practicing yoga, gardening, traveling or just hanging out with my family and our doggies, Sasha and Bodhi.
